Mobile homeless shelter and service bound for Cork
A Cork homeless charity is launching the country's first mobile homeless shelter and shower service
Helping Cork's Homeless shelter and shower bus will offer free services to the homeless as access to shower facilities is scarce during the weekends.
The bus is almost ready for use and charity is holding it's largest fundraiser to date on May 12th in a bid raise money for insurance to get the bus on the road in the coming weeks.
Speaking to RedFM News, Christina Chalmers of Helping Corks Homeless says homeless people don't have access to shower facilities at the weekend.
