Judge Releases Ousted Catalan President
A Belgian judge has released the ousted Catalan President - subject to conditions.
Carles Puigdemont isn't allowed to leave Belgium without a judge's consent and must appear in court within 15 days.
He and four of his former ministers handed themselves in to police in Brussels - three days after an international arrest warrant was issued by a Spanish court on charges, including rebellion.
