Cork survivor of sexual abuse says the Department of Education and the State failed her
Louise O'Keeffe was abused at the hands of her former school principal and says other young survivors of her abuser were not protected
Last week retired school teacher Leo Hickey from Skevanish in Innishannon, was jailed for assaulting Daniel Kelleher when he was a 9 year old pupil in Ballincollig in the early 1990's.
Louise O'Keeffe was abused by Leo Hickey, at Dunderrow primary school in the 1970s and she's now calling for an inquiry into his activities.
Speaking to RedFM News Louise O'Keeffe wants to know why Daniel Kelleher wasn't protected as a pupil.
