Cork Pharmaceutical Company To Take Industrial Action
Notice of industrial action has been served at a Cork pharmaceutical company.
Siptu members at AbbVie Ltd are to engage in five work stoppages at the plant in Carrigtwohill.
The industrial action involves three 36-hour work stoppages on November 14th , November 22nd, and November 29th .
A 33-hour work stoppage is also scheduled for December 7th, and a 48-hour work stoppage on December 11th.
Staff will take to the pickets lines over what they claim is the failure of management to implement Labour Court recommendations.
