WATCH: Cork's Allie Sherlock Appears On The Ellen Show
Cork busker Allie Sherlock has appeared on The Ellen Show in Los Angeles.
Videos of Allie performing songs on Patrick Street in Cork and Grafton Street in Dublin have been going viral over the past year due to her incredible voice.
The videos have paid off as now the 12-year-old is working with Ryan Tedder of One Republic and Charlie Puth in the studio and is being tipped as the next Adele.
The Cork native was due to appear on The Ellen Show last year but turned down the opportunity because she wanted to enjoy her music without any pressure.
When introducing Allie, De Generes said:
"When I saw a video of our next guest singing on the streets of Dublin I knew I had to meet her. From Cork, Ireland, please welcome 12-year-old Allie Sherlock."
To re-instate her likeness to the star, Allie performed A Million Years Ago by Adele on the show and received a standing ovation.
