Cork City Hoteliers Focusing On The Present But Keeping An Eye On The Winter Months 

Failte Ireland will today call for the country to reopen to oversea tourists as soon and as fast as public health considerations can allow

 

The Dail Covid-19 committee is to hear from Failte Ireland today who will outlined how the 14 day self isolation period for tourists effectively closes Ireland to all overseas visitors

The Irish Hotels Federation say the summer will prove to be challenging as the lack of international tourism, conferences and large corporate events coming to the city has left the hospitality sector solely relying on the domestic market for the remainder of the summer.. 

Hoteliers say staycations will prove vital for their business this year as it's very difficult to predict when tourists and business travellers will return to the city
