Voter Turn Out Has Been Low So Far In Todays Cork North Central By-Election

It's estimated that just 5% of the 85,000 voters in the ward cast their ballots between 7am and 10:30am
Polling stations will be open until 10pm, however it's expected that tonights Late Late Toy Show will mean there may not be the usual surge of late voters.
12 candidates are in the running to take the seat left vacant by TD Billy Kelleher.
