Update For Social Welfare Customers In Cork

10 offices are unable to provide a normal service today due to power and technical outages caused by the storm
The Department of Social Protection says some social welfare customers living in Cork may be experiencing disruption to social welfare services at their Intreo Centre, Social Welfare Branch offices today
The following offices are not in a position to provide a normal service today due to power and technical outages, caused by the storm.
Offices affected by damage from storm Ophelia
Bandon Branch Office – limited services
Clonakilty Branch Office - closed
Cobh Intreo Centre – limited services
Fermoy Branch Office – limited services
Kinsale Branch Office - closed
Mallow Branch Office, Main Street – limited services
Mallow Branch Office, Fair Green - closed
Midleton Branch Office - limited services
Skibereen Branch Office – limited services
Youghal Branch Office – limited services
Customers living in Bandon, Kinsale and Clonakilty should contact the Intreo Centre in Carrigaline, The Maltings – Telephone 021 2386900.
Customers of the Mallow Fair Green Intreo Centre should contact the Mallow Branch Office, 72 Main St, Mallow, Telephone 022 30934.
The Department is also aware that there is disruption to some post offices today and is in contact with An Post who are working to have these back in operation again as soon as possible.
