Some Cork Primary School Children May Not Get A Place At University.
That's the warning from the Irish Universities Association
The association today launched the Save Our Spark campaign which is asking the public to sign a petition, following what they say has been a decade of under-investment in the sector.
All seven universities in the country are supporting the campaign, following predictions that up to 40,000 extra students will be seeking a place at third level by 2030.
