Power Supply Restored In Kinsale, Bandon & Charleville
Cork County Council have confirmed to RedFM News that water supplies have been restored this afternoon in Kinsale, Bandon and Charleville this evening.
However Council crews say significant damage has occurred at Youghal - which ESB Networks are working to restore and generators are being installed this evening to assist the supply of water in both Youghal and Cobh.
Over 90,000 customers suffered power supply loss in Cork as a result of storm Ophelia with 74,000 still affected.
Speaking to RedFM News Denis Cambridge from the ESB says crews are working to restor power supply as soon as possible.
