The two-storey city centre development has been listed with Savills with a guide price of €3.65 million.
The centre has 21 retail units over 13,841 square feet and is located beside one of the busiest car parks in the city.
Tesco's only store in the city centre and the multi-storey Paul street car park are not included in the sale.
