McDonald's reopens further outlets in Cork

More McDonald's restaurants are reopening in the city and county today.

The fast food chain's stores in Blackpool Shopping Centre, Moorepark West Fermoy and Winthrop Street in the city will reopen for walk-in takeaway.

New measures to keep employees and customers safe will be implemented, including signposting and floor markings to create a one way systme and perspex screens in kitchens.

Restaurants will return with fewer people on each shift, a reduced menu and will be open from 11am to 10pm.
