Ireland Faces Fines Of Half A Billion Euro By 2030 If We Do Not Reduce Our Carbon Emissions
The Minister for Climate Change is drafting a plan to reduce our carbon footprint
Richard Bruton's plan will be published by the end of February next year - it will include halving agricultural emissions.
However the Climate Change Minister says everyone will have to play their part.
He says huge fines will be imposed if we fail to act.
