HSE Says It Was Not Asked To Attend An Inquest In Mallow Yesterday
The statement comes following the inquest into John Broderick's death
The HSE says it was not asked to attend or advised of the date of the inquest of a Kerry man who was found dead after he was discharged from University Hospital Kerry following an attempt to end his life.
It's after his widow criticised the HSE for not sending a representative to his inquest at Mallow District Court and her solicitor accused the HSE of "airbrushing" the case
