Fianna Fáil's Pádraig O'Sullivan Has Taken The Second Seat In Cork North-Central 

He was deemed elected in the past few minutes after exceeding the quota on the 12th count. 

Fine Gael's Colm Burke is poised to take the third seat while the final seat in the constituency will see the likes of Solidarity's Mick Barry and Independent Ken O'Flynn battle it out.
