Danny Healy Rae Calls On Government To Introduce A Drink Driving Permit

Speaking in the Dáil, the independent TD is suggesting people living in rural Ireland should be allowed to drive on certain roads after having a couple of pints.
Tánaiste Simon Coveney says the idea is irresponsible and nonsense.
