Council Confirm Only 6 Regional Roads Remain Blocked
The county council say only six regional roads remain blocked by fallen trees this evening.
The Council say they have received almost 800 calls in relation to fallen trees in the past 24 hours.
Council crews are currently working on Broomfield East, The Ballea Road, Glandore, Drakes Pool in Crosshaven, The crookstown to Bandon Road, as well as the Innishannon to Dunderrow Road and the Western Road in Clonakilty.
They are asking the public to be patient while they continue to remove debris from the roads.
