Cork teachers say they are united in the fight to end pay inequality.
They made the comment at the INTO's annual conference in Galway where incoming General Secretary John Boyle described the issue as a "great injustice".
The Education Minister Joe McHugh addressed delegates this morning, telling them the government would deal with the issue through a pay review process.
However the Minister says he can't commit to a timeline to end pay inequality for teachers.
