Cork-New York route a top priority for Cork Airport
A route from Cork to New York is still a top priority at Cork Airport.
That's according to management at the airport who say they're engaging with a host of airlines on a regular basis to expand routes and connectivity at the airport.

The comments come amid fears that the plans for a Cork-New York by Norweigan Air won't come to fruition after the low fares airline suspended its Cork-Boston route for the Winter just six months after its launch.
Speaking to RedFM News Communications Manager at Cork Airport Kevin Cullinane says they're exploring all opportunities to get a New York service from Cork:
