City Council Issues Spot Flooding Warning To Motorists
City Council is advising motorists that spot flooding is to be expected today and tomorrow.
Low lying areas of the city most at risk include Morrisons Island, South Terrace and Wandesford Quay - car owners are being advised not to leave their cars parked here between 5.30pm and 7.30pm this evening.
Speaking to RedFM News Director of Services at Cork City Council David Joyce says they're not expecting a major flooding event in the city:
