Child Sexual Abuse Survivors Group Worried New Guidelines Weighted In Favour Of Alleged Abusers  

From June, people accused of child abuse could be allowed personally interview their alleged victims, or be present in a room where questions are asked. 

Tusla says the new guidelines have been drawn up following recent court cases, to incorporate new legal judgements.
