Calls For Car Towing To Be Re-Introduced On Streets Of Cork City
A motion will be put forward at the city council next week in a bid to bring the regime back
The city effectively abandoned towing and clamping in 2012 following concerns about the cost of implementing the procedure and public opposition.
The motion comes on the back of a number of complaints in recent months about an increase in cars parking on public bus and bike lanes.
