House prices in Cork county are up 8%
House prices in Cork city have jumped up 5% in a 12 month period...
Daft.ie say the average price of a three-bedroom semi detached house in the city at end of last year was nearly €261,000
While in the Cork county prices rose by 8% leaving the average price of a house in the county at €207,000
Nationally the report shows that prices rose by more than 20-thousand across the country during 2017.
