64 Data Breaches Recorded By The HSE In Cork Since The Start Of The Year

One patient's record relating to Mallow General Hospital was found in a public car park
A patient list was also found on a street in the city.
Patient records from Cork University Maternity Hospital were found in a recycling bin and staff at social care services in Cork were also found recording CCTV footage on a personal phone.
The HSE says it takes all breaches of data protection seriously and all cases are fully investigated.
