In this meditation half-day course with Kadam Adam, discover the power of meditation and improving our mindfulness to positively transform our lives, and in this way, be of real benefit to our families, friends and world.
We will explore how Buddhist meditation enables everyone to recognize and let go of unhelpful habits of mind that give rise to the fear, anxiety and negativity that often arise when we meet difficulties in our life and world. In this way we learn how to access and maintain inner peace and genuine happiness, even in the face of adversity.
