Science for Sustainability - Fermenting the Future

Researchers in UCC are discovering new ways to use fermentation to produce not just delicious beers and wines, but a whole array of products from cosmetics, to nutrition supplements, to drugs like insulin and anti-malarials. Come along for an evening of scientific learning and discussion.
